Federal Aerospace Engineering specialise in taking customer models and generating design proposals and costings for machining, assembly and test fixtures. Some customers produce their own designs for manufacture and we are more than happy to produce from customer supplied drawings.

Federal Aerospace provides custom made flight cases of the highest standard. Designed to protect your most sensitive equipment in transit. No order is too large or small, too complex or simple.
In foam packaging solutions and foam inserts are a major part of customer packaging and protection requirements.The purpose of a foam insert is usually to protect goods during transit and storage, to enhance the presentation of the products -
